The directory holds three roles. Guardians register animals and apply to programs; vets and partner organisations are still in onboarding — no partner clinic is live yet, by design until one is confirmed. A guardian's animals carry a life stage, so the ones with the least time left can surface first. Role definitions & access are a product decision.

Each region maps to a Berolink lead and a designated screening clinic. This is the single source the member care team reads — change it here and it changes for every guardian in that region.

A screening clinic stays a designated candidate until a partner agreement is signed and it goes live — no partner clinic is live yet, by design. Until a clinic is confirmed here, guardians in that region see “Opening soon,” never a clinic name.
